The RKH Technology Inns of Court is designed to assist lawyers, judges and
law students to higher levels of excellence in regards to electronic
discovery. The RKH Technology Inns of Court
has adopted the traditional English Model of legal apprenticeship and modified
it to the particular needs of the American legal system. Its objective is to provide for knowledge
transfer from experienced judges and attorneys to newer attorneys and law
students in a mentoring environment, as
opposed to a formal legal education program.
It will meet once a month, over dinner, at the Widener University School
of Law and discuss current issues in regard to electronic discovery.
