CCTI, through its partnership with the National Judicial College in Reno, Nevada, teaches programs in electronic discovery to
state judges from around the nation. Its current offering, starting in the Fall
of 2009 wiill be a webinar series. This
program is designed to provide judges with an understanding of the issues that
electronicallly stored information has brought to the courtroom, as well as facilitating an understanding of
the perspectives of both the plaintiff and defendant. Electronic discovery
issues have crept into all manners of civil and criminal litigation.

CCTI completes Legal Technology
